What we can offer
Brylliant futures can offer a range of services and support.
We can support people with life skills and indepndence training, from budgeting , shopping , social skills, or simply doing confidence boosting activities.
We can offer supported living accommodation, ranging from shared housing to semi independent flats, Brylliant Futures also has a portfolio of rental housing which allows continuity when people
are ready to move on.
Brylliant futures can work with other agencies and take referals from social services.
We are a small and flexible company, enabling us to tailor our packages to meet the needs of each individual.
What we do
Transitions / Care Leavers
At Brylliant Futures we can support young people through the transition from children's services to adult services. This is also a time where many young people may be leaving care and moving
on from a supportive family environment, which can be a particularly challenging and uncertain time for young people. Brylliant Futures regularly work with young people that have special and complex
Brylliant Futures offers support with various aspects of life skills, having meetings with each individual on a regular basis. We are always available for help and advice on any issues
Improving social skills and emotional support
Goal setting and multi agency support
Help with voluntary and paid work placements
Support with college placements and education
Life skills such as budgeting, and help with benefits
Cleaning and laundry
Cooking, shopping and nutritional advice
Ensuring that dentist, doctor and opticians appointments are made and attended.
Sexual health issues can be covered if appropriate.
How to keep to a good routine with personal hygiene skills, such as showers, baths and cleaning teeth if needed
All of the above would be tailored to meet each individual person's needs.
We can offer supported accommodation tailored to individual needs.
Initially a lot of guidance and support may be needed, this is particularly challenging for people who may have special needs, and are not ready to live independently.
General safety issues are also covered, such as awareness of dangers inside and outside of the home.
Brylliant Futures have supported and encouraged people through the sometimes
difficult transition into work placements or further education and colleges. We also have many years of experience working with people that have special or complex needs.
Brylliant Futures continues to have many successful outcomes
